FAQ

Simply create a seller account, add your item details, upload a few clear photos, choose the relevant category, size or grade, set your price and publish your listing.

Most items are pre-owned, but sellers may also list new or unused items where appropriate. Each listing should clearly describe the condition of the item so buyers know what to expect.

Buyers pay securely through SchoolCycle at checkout. Once the order has been successfully completed, the seller is paid according to SchoolCycle’s payout process, less any applicable marketplace fees.

If an item is not delivered, is significantly different from the listing, or there is another issue with your purchase, contact SchoolCycle support and we’ll help review the transaction and work towards a fair resolution.
